Vince joined the company full time in 1981 after earning his Associate’s Degree from Texas State Technical Institute. He is involved in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of Gillette. As the business grew Vince became an integral part of the management team.

All of our team has a Can Do attitude. We are and want to continue to be a family-owned business. Everything we do is a reflection of our family, and our greatest blessing is the people who work with us. We can’t do it alone.
