FACILITIES
Our corporate headquarters, located just west of downtown San Antonio, includes executive and administrative offices, design build and drafting offices, fabrication shops and warehousing. Our facilities include 15,000 square feet of office space and 75,000 square feet dedicated to fabrication and storage.
As a complete project resource, Gillette Air Conditioning Company has a complete construction department capable of system design and planning, installation for residential and commercial customers. We also have a parts department with a large inventory of in-house parts.

Without having to rely on third party vendors for parts, we are able to deliver on all projects on-time, can guarantee a safe delivery and installation, and can promise only the highest quality in project resources.
Logistical Inventory
We also maintain a large fleet of trucks, customized trailers, lifts, a crane, and construction equipment allowing us to handle virtually every project requirement.
These resources allow Gillette Air Conditioning Company to perform logistical processes without having to rely on chauffeurs or strategic contracting companies.
Computer Proficiency
Gillette Air Conditioning Company has worked diligently to implement the most advanced process piping fabrication shop in the region. We employ the latest Computer Aided Design equipment, which is supported by automatic plasma arc metal cutting lines, and computer programmed coil lines.
These state-of-the-art facilities allow for efficient and precise pre-fabrication of components.
FABRICATION
Our on-site fabrication shop equipped with overhead bridge cranes for piping and sheet metal, automatic welders, and a spiral duct machine.
