Currently, the service department utilizes Emobile, a job costing, accounting and payroll software which allows each technician to complete their service tickets on a tablet as well as submit their time. This allows us to bill in the same week and ensure that all time and information is collected. With internal processes streamlined, we have more collective energy to devote towards projects.

Modernized Internal Processes
Gillette also utilizes a program called About Time to collect all the hours for our field and office employees. This allows our employees to submit their time each day and not be concerned with coming into the office or paper getting misplaced.
