In 1998, Vince Jr. succeeded his father as president, continuing the tradition of excellence and constant innovation started by Vince Sr.. in 2003 Tom Gillette assumed the role of Vice President with direct oversight of the construction department. Together the next generation of Gillette have continued the company’s growth and expand it capabilities to meet the demands of the industry: Katelyn Joined the Company after completing her degree at Texas A&M she serves as our Human Resource Manager. Vince joined the company full time in 1981 after earning his Associate’s Degree from Texas State Technical Institute. He is involved in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of Gillette. As the business grew Vince became an integral part of the management team.

Ken Joined Gillette in 2013 as our Service Department General Manager. Ken has 26 years of experience in the HVAC field with emphasis on Commercial/Industrial Service, Project Management, Energy Savings and Green Concept Implementation. Ken also has achieved LEED certification from the US Green Building Council (USGBC) and has worked on various projects that have achieved up to LEED Platinum certification. Notable project and service customers: Trump Towers Honolulu, Disney Aulani Resort Ko Olina, Cancer Research Center Hawaii, University of Hawaii Various locations, Mayo Clinic Rochester Minnesota among many other locations. Ken is always available and strives to give the best customer experience possible.
Todd Joined Gillette in 2006 giving him 12 years as part of our team. Todd was born and raised in Houston, Texas, but says he will die in San Antonio. With over 27 years of experience in Tenant Finish, he is the perfect person to lead this division. Todd’s favorite part of his job is the logistics of making his day and team work; the puzzle of making the day work.
Quintin has been with Gillette for 15 years. Quintin started in our service department and as Technician. From there he moved into the construction department to Assistant Construction Manager. Currently Quintin is the Construction Manager and has held that position for the last 10 years. Quintin has an extensive background in Construction and is a wealth of knowledge.
When Quintin is not at work he can be found working on his ranch with his family.
Shalon started in sheet metal trade working part time in high school, over 20 years ago. She fell in love with working with metal and being able to build and create things.
She enrolled in to the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Craft Training & Apprenticeship program after four years, and graduated as the first women to receive a journeyman license in the sheet metal trade. After she earned a Project Managers Certificate, she became assistant foreman and protege, working alongside foreman Ronnie Conn. In 2011, she came to Gillette. and started with running various machines (Coil line, Plasma table, Gore lock, ect.). She then continued to improve her skill set by working on getting safety training certified in various areas such as OSHA, Forklift, CPR, First Aid, and many more). Since her arrival at Gillette, she has taken the position of Shop Foreman, where her leadership and her team aim to run a safe and efficient shop. She credits the Gillette “CAN DO!" attitude and friendly environment is to the success of a safe working environment.
Shalon is also an ABC instructor teaching the sheet metal trade to future journeyman, ensuring the future success of this trade. She loves to share her knowledge and passion for her expertise with others. With over two decades on the craft, she has a lot to share!

Dean leads the overall service organization in such a manner to ensure Gillette continually exceeds customers’ expectations. He utilizes cutting edge technologies to solve current complex problems. Gillette has been involved in indoor air quality and DDC controls since 1980. Gillette, under Dean’s watch, provides continual training for all employees, including sales, service, and staff.
Unsurpassed customer service is a core value of Dean and is practiced throughout the entire Gillette organization.
Dean has attended numerous technical training classes, such as Carrier, Trane, and York centrifugal schools. Dean has on-the-job experience as both a boiler and air conditioning mechanic with extensive trouble shooting skills.
Katelyn Joined our team full time in 2013. Currently she is our Human Resource Manager. Katelyn is the proudest member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2010. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Resource and development with a minor in Business Administration. With her Human Resource Team Katelyn handles:

Valentin started as a Pipefitter in the chemical process plants and quickly adapted in the HVAC piping field, He is self-taught in AutoCAD MEP, and has been generating shop drawings for the field supervisors for the past five years. He specializes in laying out mechanical rooms, chiller yards, and the like.
He enjoys teaching young apprentices the HVAC trade, emphasizing the importance teaching all the field personnel how to draw Isometrically to relay pipe spool sheets from the field to the shop with a similar pattern, so sketches can be understood across the board.
His work experience includes installation of all test cells at the Caterpillar plant in Seguin, Texas, and The Dyno Test Cell for Holt Caterpillar plant in Irving, Texas.
